Noo!! They're just small veins! They provide your eye with the blood it needs to work properly! If your eyes have too many red lines (in other words, they're bloodshot), you probably need to get some sleep/have an eye problem or infection/have been crying/your eye is irritated. :)

these are capillaries(tiny blood vessels) supplying blood to eyes, they may become engorged with blood and appear as red lines, engorgement can be due to irritation, stress, or strain on eyes as in excessive reading, tv/computer screen or delicate work
