Question: Are there eye drops that can remove teridium?

I just came from a backpacking trip in Bangladesh and when I came back home, I noticed what looks like a small white opaque growth on the outer cornea near the sclerae of my L eye. It was suggested that I undergo minor surgery but I would like a conservative approach first if such exists?

what u r saying is probably pterygium....no, eye drops cant cure it.
