I lost my $200 eye glasses that i just got over the summer, should i tell my par!


Question: I lost my $200 eye glasses that i just got over the summer, should i tell my parents?
my parents are very strict and tight of money so it makes it worse, but i don't know how to tell them.I mean eventually i have to tell them because my eye sight is bad and i need to see at school.... the thing is i dont know if i should tell them the truth... THE TRUTH IS : my glasses fell out in my ELA PRE- AP class and the next day i went through all my classes to see if they found or had my glasses.... my ELA teacher said she found glasses but they were broken so she thought they were a sixth graders and threw them away!!! WTF! now i dont know... should i lie and say : i lost my glasses its not my fault it fell out of my backpack or someone stole my glasses.... OR SHOULD I TELL THE TRUTH!?

Tell the truth.

My parents a exactly like that i mean you totally described my parents lol...hmmm well just telll them the truth after all it wasnt your fault the teacher threw themm away not you and if they dont believe you tell the teacher to write you a note so your parents dont kill you
