Why can't I see far away?Am I nearsighted?!

Question: Why can't I see far away?Am I nearsighted?
For the last 6 months or so i've noticed I haven't been able to see road signs untill they are less then 7 feet away and i can't read subtitles on the tv from 10 feet away and it got worse over a short time, I dont have money for glasses yet, but im curious whats causing it. Im 15 female and I had glasses before. Is there any dieses that can cause this or long periods of time reading/computer work?

That's not a disease but a common vision defect called nearsightedness (the medical term is myopia). It usually begins during the years of adolescence and eyesight tends to get worse until mid 20s or later. The main cause of nearsightedness is eye-strain induced by prolonged short-distance activities (books, computer and so on ) . Try to spend less tyime on books and computer and spend more time outdoors. Your eyes are not made to look at close things, but to look at very distant ones.

You're straining your eyes if you constantly are on the computer/reading a book. Correcting your vision naturally is one way to go. You can do this by shortening your periods of reading. Take breaks in between. You can also exercise (taking a walk) and this will relax your eyes a bit.

Starring at something 4 long time or really quick makes it blurry
Also u might have low blood pressure
