Question: Eye problems please help very important?
Ok I start by saying this is for a friend and I feel bad for her .When she was 14 she did not need any glasses or anything than it started to use glasses since than her diopter keep on rising and rising currently at 3.50 and she is 21 years old now.Doctors told her your eyes pivot is widening but dont know why.Does this mean she is losing her sight at all.She is from another country so please if somebody can help me I really really thank you so much

First, I have no idea what "pivot is widening" means. Second, increasing prescription itself will not mean she will lose her sight. If she becomes quite near sighted, though, it will increase her risk of having retinal detachment at some time in life. A retinal detachment can cause you to lose vision.

No, this does not mean she is losing her sight at all! Many many many millions of people need glasses, and a rapidly changing prescription is a COMPLETELY normal part of adolescence and young adulthood.
