Do all albinos have eye problems or do some have okay vision ( yes or no)?!
Question: Do all albinos have eye problems or do some have okay vision ( yes or no)?
Thank you
Answers:
Well it depends.
If you only have a mild form of albinism, your eyesight may be fine.
If you have a severe form, of course, your eyesight will be more affected.
Also, there are two forms of albinism: cutaneous and ocular. And you can have one or both. Obviously, if you don't have ocular albinism you won't have your eyes affected.
The biggest thing albinos have is called nystagmus. This is an involuntary "jerking" of the eyes. It can be very minimal where you cannot see it unless under an ophthalmic microscope, to very dramatic where it actually makes the person dizzy and sick.
They can also be very sensitive to lights, due to their light-colored eye.
And other things....
But the key idea is that it depends on if they have the ocular form of albinism and how severe it is.
