Im sick of period pains! how can i make my period start?!

take lots of vitamin C it can trigger your body into starting. (this will only work if your not on the pill)
are they defo period pains??
i dont think there is anything you can do to make it start
if nothing happens in a couple of days i would visit your gp!!

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to start your period in this case. When one hasn't gotten their period in a couple of months and they want to start it, a Dr. can give Provera taken over the course of 5 days, but it then takes another week or so for the period to start. If the pain is always bad, you need to talk with your Dr. about the possibility of Endometriosis or another pelvic abnormality. Something you can do is start taking an anti inflammatory such as Advil or Aleve a couple of weeks before your period is due as this will help decrease the cramping. Please though, speak with your MD about this before beginning this course of treatment as they are the only ones who can prescribe any medication to you...over the counter or prescription. my period pain used to be really painful...
i know alot of people would say " can oyu move when you on period"
you just have to a little bit..
sometimes exercise works best..
i often when on period to bit exercise and i feel great afterwards
if you really dislike doing exercise, get a hot water bottle and place it just under your stomach...that works too..
pain killers doesnt work for me
