If you don't believe her, you are with the wrong girl.
Some girls experience pain and bleeding the first time, but not all do. I did not bleed, but there was a whole lot of pain. Hopefully you won't be in a hurry and cause her more pain.

You can't tell! There is no way of telling.
People will tell you blood and pain (from breakage of intact hymen) means she was a virgin, and it's probable, but remember up to half (maybe more) of all virgins don't have intact hymens, and thus get no pain or bleeding. Also, you can have pain and bleeding even if you aren't a virgin.
How about you trust her, and not worry about if she's a virgin or not? It's really none of your business and shouldn't affect your relationship.
Sangatee L isn't right some girls aren't even born with hymens! if your going to 'do the deed' with her you should at least trust her!
There are no real ways to tell unless she is examined by a doctor and your not going to go and ask her to do that now are you? i would just leave it if things are going to continue nicely the way they are. Also, where is the trust!? if she tells you she is a virgin you should believe her!
