I dont know for sure basically you should consult a healthcare professional.
I don't mean to sound like a jerk either, people in the healthcare industry really ARE the people to talk to, they do that for a living.

I didn't read the last Q, but after my C-Sec, I was sore for quite a while. I had a vaginal and then a c-section for my second. I am telling you- I would rather have a natural anyday! I would just tell your doc how you feel, you are not the first C section they have done (or are you??). They will give you some hints, but really, your body just needs time to heal on its own...some people take longer than others too....took me a couple weeks, took my cousin a couple hours (she is nuts tho)
