Drinking water--with or without lemon--in place of sugary drinks is a good start. Then...eat less!

dieting, jogging, exersice

Hit the gym fat ***
Drop and give me 10

On examaple: eating 6 times a day small meals. 6 meals about the size of your fist or a little bigger so you continue to stay full.

diet for months and months.
if u only do it for 2 months u would get fatter.
u need to do it for at least 5 months.

i would probaily no eat as much junk food and work out a least 2 times a week!

Eating less works, but not just once a day...eat a few small healthy meals a day.

jog jog jog...that helps LOTS !!!

Exercise is key. Diet is important, but you can still eat everything you want, you just have to eat less of the bad stuff. But exercise will help to turn the shape of your body into a slimmer frame. Drink lots of water as well, it's good for your metabolism.

kk

do 100 sit ups EACH DAY. you wont see results if you stop at aalll.it mite take 2 weeks to notice.

then jog a mile everyday

cut back on food...
maybe have like cereal or special K for breakfast
then lunch have 1 sandwhich

then have like chicken or ribs for dinner....

dont have cheetos cookies oreos or bread...itll mess u up

No actually, eating less will have the opposite effect on your body and if you hit the gym while eating less, you may lose weight but at the expense of your overall health. Eating healthy with moderate amount of food is a good start along with a higher fiber diet. Drink less soda (or sugar filled drinks) and don't eat junk food. Work out a few times a week but start slow so your body can adjust to the change.

Hey , well eating less actually is counter productive because it slows down your metabolism. It is recommended that you eat 6 SMALL meals ( kinda breaking up 3 meals into 6, portion control) with two healthy snacks like fruit, yogurt or sugar free jello. Stick to a bowl of oatmeal or whole wheat toast with egg whites for breakfast , a nice whole wheat turkey and cheese with lettuce tomatoes, onions, vinegar ( hm mm making me hungry) sandwich and for dinner try veggies with meat and a baked potato. I love food so I don't feel that taste has to be compromised when eating well . I lost 50 lbs just eating right. A 30 minute walking in place in front of your television workout wouldn't hurt ( actually I strongly recommend it) and you'll lose weight in not time .. hope my advice was helpful... make it a New Years Resolution .. I wish you all the luck!!

I say a mixture of exercise and controllnig your intake.

No need to drop carbs, or eat 500 cal a day. Just control it. Fight snacking. Have a light protein based snack between the big three meals, not because carbs are bad, but because protien fills you up longer, so you won't snack or binge on your next big meal.

Most important way to control your diet, stop fast food completey, reduce going out to eat, and cut soda to at most 3 can's worth a week.

It's tough. I'm trying and I cannot say I am completely succeeding, but with the changes I have made I have seen a noticeable difference, in not just my weight and size, but my energy and, yes, my gas. The healthier you eat the less flatulent you will be.

Also, just stick through the intial pains of exercising, give it a couple weeks of consistent work and that severe pain and suffering will go away and leave you feeling better and able to work out harder.

I say invest, if you have the money, in a trainer. It works.

Just a guess...
increase lean protein, get rid of junk carbs, increase veggies, increase good fats, train hard, sleep enough.

Do the basics...skip fads, pills, and other too good to be true miracles.

Lets put it straight. Losing weight is not that hard, You will never hear me say that it is. All it takes is dedication, motivation and hard work<!--There are some fairly simple changes that will greatly improve your chances of weight loss success. Check this out to loss weight,

The best, most effective way to lose weight and keep it off is to simply eat right and exercise. Good diet, minimize saturated fat, use monounsaturated fat-->Always check in gradients of everything you are buyingRelaxation, stress and strain never allow people to be slim.

Generally speaking, it most effective to make sure you are burning more calories than you are bringing in. The body needs fuel to function properly, and does this optimally when fueled with whole, nutritious foods. This is not to say that you can't eat the "bad things" every now and then. Just be sure to limit the amount and frequency of the bad things and plan to incorporate vigorous exercise (roughly 20-30 minutes 5-7 x per week) at your target heart rate (50-85% of resting heartrate):
Age Target Heart Rate
20 years 100-170 beats per minute
25 years 98-166 beats per minute
30 years 95-162 beats per minute
35 years 93-157 beats per minute
40 years 90-153 beats per minute
45 years 88-149 beats per minute
50 years 85-145 beats per minute
55 years 83-140 beats per minute
60 years 80-136 beats per minute
65 years 78-132 beats per minute
70 years 75-128 beats per minute

Also, there are well-studied natural supplements to help jump start your program. These include 7-Keto Lean which increases thermogenic activity and better thyroid function within the body. Vitaline CoQ10 helps with the body's glycemic control (blood sugar), and Eskimo-3 helps block absorption and synthesis of dietary cholesterol. All of these will help optimize your metabolism so that your workouts and dietary changes will be enhanced.

Additionally, get lots of rest and reduce/avoid stress as much as possible. Stress causes an increase in Cortisol, a fat-promoting hormone, and a decrease in serotonin levels- causing a person to have an insatiable appetite and need for carb-rich foods. I would recommend yoga, relaxing baths, meditation- anything that you find relaxing. Other things include lots of water (8-10 glasses per day) and avoidance of alcohol and tobacco.

Lastly, consult your physician or nurse practitioner to discuss your weight loss plans and verify the best treatment option for you. It's perfectly reasonable to get your thyroid levels tested if you are having weight issues.
