sounds like you might have Jock itch (or ringworm - same thing... it's known as many different names.) go to your doctor, or do some research on skin problems.
Yeast infections don't leave a rash of any kind... it's all internal.
Are you sexually active? If so, you really need to get to the doctor, to determine that it's not an STD of some kind. If you have one, you need to get your partner tested as well.

I've never had a rash from yeast. You may have heat rash, razor burn, or if that doesn't fit, perhaps you should see your doc. It doesn't sound like yeast. Yeast itches, and you have a heavy cottage cheese like discharge.

It might be all over your groin area, or it could be in one spot. You may have vaginitis. Does it stink? Yeast rises, so it may climb as high as your neck
No, there is no yeast infection rash. If you have a rash you need to go see your doc, either a gynecologist or a dermatologist. You could have something like ring worm which is highly contagious and will spread. If the rash is there and does not go away, go yo a doc!
could be if you have white discharge and/or your sore and itchy..or it could just be vaginitis( if theres no discharge) which is usually caused by detergents or perfumes..I would ask a doctor though just to make sure so you can get proper treatment
