Eat Fresh Fruits, and lots of protein! Get that skin just a glowing!!!! Also get yourself a work out routine if you haven't already, it will make you feel GREAT! And when you feel great, you have a good attitude!! Congrats on your upcoming wedding!!

Whatever you do....DON"T start drinking early in the day!
healthy eating, exercise, lots of water, get plenty of rest (easier said than done)
