GIRLSS!please!EXPERIENCEE...!


Question: HI
im going on holidays and im due my period on the day we leave. its really really heavy and i dont use tampons so i looked up on some websites and it said that u can get tablets I think that they are called norethisterone . Anyway it said that they have side effects and stuff so can u please tell me if u have taken these and what has happend.
ALSO i am really nervouse to ask mum about it i am not relly that close to her and i just cant get the courage to ask her
i am only 14 years old so any help would be good
