They can put fat in the breasts, but the retention rate is pretty poor so you can fork out thousands of $$$ for little to no results. If fat retained better in the breasts, then there would be no need for implants.
Silicone is used because it's an inert subtance that is non-reactive (although that is debateable) and can give a natural result.
yea that would be. i thought of that too a while back. screw silicone. but saline implants are filled with salt water so if they break then the body can just absorb the salt water.
I guess the sacks stay there, whist you were to have fat put in during weight lost it would leave.
You should realize that your breasts aren't fat, unless you have excess fat then they are...but they're glands. If you would put fat in there it could make them un even looking...kindof lumpy. Fat isn't smooth like butter, it's lumpy like fat off of a ham or beef.
With the silicone it's flexible unlike fat, so it looks natural and smooth. Instead of lumpy and just weird.
well if you breast feed your child it would apparently eat fat
