How many days before your period starts do you start getting cramps?!

Sometimes the day before, but most of the time I get cramps right before I start my period along with lower back pain.

you dont always get cramps every period. Sometimes the cramps dont even start until after that time of the month has started. but alot of the times you get cramping like a day or a couple of hours before you start. It all depends on your body!
