Umm too much cheese.... embarrassing... help!!?!


Question: this is embarrasing. im on my pms week and today i really wanted cheese, then i couldnt stop eating it... and i regret every peice. my stomach hurts sooo bad. is there anything i can do to calm it down... (**NO PILLS**)

I know what you mean! Those cravings can be nasty to fight! Is your stomach hurting from cramps, or eating too much? is it unsettled? Try ibuprofen for cramps, pepto bismel if it's unsettled (ginger ale and salty foods will also help) and if you ate too much, sit up so you can digest it faster, it'll hurt more if you lie down! Drink some water and you should be ok!

Other than drinking a lot of fluids, I cannot tihnk of anything. Maybe something warm and soothing like herbal tea. Just have to wait it out. Sorry.

It could be constipation. Calcium is constipating.Drink some prune juice, applesauce or try some milk of magnesia. I did that once and I know the feeling. You might have to "help" it out, if it comes to that.
