When can I take a home pregnancy test if I get my period every 23 days?!

Question: If you wait a week after missing a period, the test should be accurate. It doesn't matter how long your cycle is.

It doesn't matter how long your period is what matters is to wait at least 2 weeks to take the pregnancy test. Some people think waiting 1 week is enough but I think it's better to do it after 2 weeks so the test is more accurate. That's what the lab people usually recomend...good luck.
