Breast implants 2 days ago - how long will it take for them to look normal? I!

Question: First off, I am not looking for opinions on whether I should or shouldn't have done this and I don't need insults in any form. What's done is done and I need useful information from somebody who knows what they are talking about.

I was always pretty happy being flat chested because I'm naturally very thin but I decided I wanted some fullness and went ahead with it. Now, I'm freaking out because I think I went too big. I just got this done 2 days ago and they look HUGE! I know they sit high at first and are swollen but I didn't think it would be this bad. They look like torpedos to me! I feel like a linebacker with a tiny body and I am so scared that they won't go down much. Does anybody know roughly how much they will go down and how soon? They are hard and sticking straight out like if I'm wearing a joke bra or something. At this point, I would not even leave my house out of embarrassment. Please help with your experience so that I might be able to calm down a bit. Thanks!

DONT WORRY THIS IS NORMAL!!! trust me i know i had mine done 6 months ago..i was like **** their massive!! but the swelling does take a while to go down..it can range from two weeks to 2 months everyones different..mine took 2 weeks before i felt normal again..please dont worry this is so normal dont forget you've had a major operation and your body needs time to recover!!!...ill give you my email address if you want to know more..cbowers@hotmail.co.uk...you will feel ok soon give it time!!!.. :)

ask the doctor. i am sure he/she has experience in addressing this/these issues. best of luck

They are often swollen and larger than they will be, in the 1st 6 weeks after the surgery.
If you are at all concerned (which you obviously are) then i would give the surgeon that did the op, a quick ring and just see what he says.

2 days is nothing hon. They're swollen because of the surgery. You cant judge them now. My friend had a surgery on her nose and it was swollen for months.
Not to frighten you, but just wait a few weeks. Im sure it will look much better in a short while and you'll enjoy them for a whole life! :)

I just had silicon breast implants on nov 26th.. They where ut behind my chest muscle. It really should only take 6-8weeks for the swelling to be over with. congrats.. I love mine and don't regret doing it..
