Sensitive nipples?!
Question: Sometimes if I don't wear a bra under a t-shirt, and my nipples rub against it, they get sore. Feels like a carpet burn, sort of. Same thing happens if I wear this nighty I have that has lace on the top. My question: Is there anything I can do to prevent this (besides wear a bra, which I do 90% of the time) or anything I can do to help it go away when it happens?
Last night it happened while wearing a t-shirt, so I put on a bra, but it didn't go away for another hour.

Old Runners problem and trick to solve.
Your nips will get Chaffed by your garments. If you choose to skip a bra use band-aids(the cute round ones) over each nip to prevent chaffing. Vitamin E oil will help relieve the pain after you get mildly chaffed.
Even guys have this problem on a cold day or during a marathon and have been using this since the 60's

...Wear a bra all the time, or if possible try on shirts (no bra) and see what happens.

I imagine vasoline rubbed over them would help. It may sound perverted for a guy to suggest that, but it makes sense that it might help.
