She wouldn't get my attention and I would not be impressed by her bravado or lack of self respect. I take care of my body and expect a woman I date to do the same. If you don't, then it usually involves health problems down the road. But I'm not impressed by a female if she has the "Animal House" mentality. "Don't act like a sleeze" would get my attention better.

I wouldn't be grossed out, I would be embarrassed for her. If she flashed you, she probably thought that her boobs looked good. She has a distorted body image, and she is just trying to show her body off, even if it doesn't look so great.
