you don't need to lose any weight, you sound like you're perfect. and 20 lbs is alot to lose. i can see losing 5, maybe 10 if you tone up, but anything more than that is too much at this point. and you are also only 14, so you have to make sure you do it the healthy way. don't eat junk foods... take soda and candy out of your diet (although a piece of dessert now and then won't hurt) don't eat potato chips, or stuff you don't need to... mainly, don't overeat. ... the best advice for everyone... EAT WHEN YOU'RE HUNGRY... STOP WHEN YOU'RE NOT. do some toning exercises. life 5lb dumbells. do crunches and pushups... half an hour to an hour a day of working out. whatever fits in your schedule... and make sure you drink alot of water... water, milk, and juice. that's all you need. and don't get caught up with all the diet and low-fat stuff. most of it is worse for you than the good it does, if any. Just work out some and tone up... you sound like you're well off at the moment as far as weight goes, so just work on the healthy side of it, exercise and eating healthy, and it will all fall into place. good luck!

look 120pounds for a 14 year old is normal. u don't need to loose twenty pounds. plus, ur growing right now so u really should start going on a diet or anything likethat. just get some regular exercise and u'll be fine

Dear lord you are perfect size, it is actually really scary what society is coming too. That is not healthy for you too be thinkign like that! Dont do it. At that weight, your bmi is about 21.3 which means you are pefectly healthy and probably really hot girl!!! dont lose the weight, you dont need to, that wieght is perfectly good! you seem in really good shape to me!

whats wrong with 120 lbs? at 14, thats a good weight. you're still growing. what you can do is maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating healthy, drinking tons of water, exercise and getting sleep. please don't turn anorexic or bulimic. we have enough of them..

u dont need to. you are a completely normal weight for your height. google "bmi calculator" and enter your info. it will tel you whether you are underweight, normal, overweight, or obease. you would be really underweight if you lost THAT much weight. at MOST you could lose 10 pounds

That's underweight. The average weight for that height is actually (I think) 145-150 pounds. I wouldn't advise losing any! You're still growing - and 14 is a tough age but don't worry about your weight. Just exercise and eat healthy!

You are a normal weight for your height. If you are concerned about your body image try adding in some cardio (running, walking, etc)

You need to begin to exercise more and eat less sweets, carbs, and avoid unhealthy snacks. You shouldn't try to lose more than 2 pounds a week. That way it will stay off. Good luck. Don't do a starvation diet. It will only lead to trouble.

That is actually a very healthy weight for your height, and I believe that if you were only 100 pounds, you'd be underweight. Being underweight is just as unhealthy as being overweight. You risk illnesses from malnutrition, as it can affect (especially) your teeth and bones. Your skin would not be too happy with you, and if you go too far, you risk losing your period. The last bit may not seem like a bad think, but if you wreak havoc on your reproductive system, you'll hate yourself for it by the time you're thirty.

I would look at why you want to lose this weight. If someone like a friend or boyfriend is telling you to lose or that you're fat, then they are not worth your time. You are right on the dot healthy!

If you want to lose this weight because you see celebrity women and supermodels who are thin as a rod, think again. Only about two percent of women are born with the DNA the can naturally give them a supermodel figure, and many supermodels suffer from eating disorders. As for celebrities, they have millions to pay for liposuction, special diets, etc. because everyone wants to see them skinny, which isn't necessarily healthy.

I recommend that you just start eating healthy and get an exercise regime that will keep you fit. Don't worry about losing weight because you don't need to; just worry about staying fit and healthy.

120 is perfectly good at 5'4 for any age. uve got plenty of stretching room. if u dont feel healthy, then u can exercise, but i wouldnt do it just to lose weight. ur perfectly fine : )

You are actually the perfect weight for your height and age. Did you know that at 5ft you are supposed to weigh 100 pounds and every inch over that you are supposed to gain 5 pounds. You really don't have to worry about being over weight. or thinking you need to loose 20 pounds

Atkins diet. Cut out bread for 2 weeks. Only 30 carbs per day.
