How can i loose twenty pounds in four months?!


Question: i want to know a way to loose twenty pounds or around there in time for summer so about four months ... are there anythings i can do besides not eating and situps and stuff?

for me i stopped all soda drinking, and beer, i ate no rice, bread or any carbs, and i lost over 20 lbs. good luck

All you need to do to take off one pound a week for the next 20 weeks .... that's about 4 months: Is make sure you have a good pair of shoes and .... Start walking!

People differ in their metabolic rates. Most teenagers have good rates unless they have been fooling around with overly restrictive calorie intake.

You definitely need to eat!!!! And eat well! Cut out the junk foods .... get plenty of fruits, veggies, whole grains, high protein foods and dairy products.

Now back to the walking. In order for me to take off a pound a week I need to walk 30 minutes every day. You may need to experiment a little to find out how much you need to walk.

If you find that you are taking off a pound a week with your 30 minute walk continue.... However I need to warn you that in 5 or 6 weeks you may need to add another five minutes a day.

This need for extra exercise does not occur in the same way at the same time frame for every one.

Sit ups burn very few calories; as a physical education teacher I never recommend sit ups.

Walking is the number exercise for successful pounds off.

Followed by biking and swimming. Both biking and swimming require more time.... so I recommend those only to people who actually love swimming and biking or who have joint injuries or pain from walking.
