Hunger Help??!


Question: Ive been cutting bakc on eating so i can lose weight.Right now im eating the right amount of calories sometiems more though.I also am eating healthier.But I still feel hungry.How can i make this stop?Im trying really hard here and its frustrating i feel so hungry when i just ate a full meal.Thanks for the help.

dexatrim max works wonders for me, not really the losing weight part, but the being hungry part. it curbs my appitite w/o making me jittery. it also increase my energy. if you don't wanna try that, try always carrying your toothbrush with you and brush your teeth after every meal. not only will your dental hygeine be great but you won't wanna eat once you've brushed your teeth! hope this helps.

go running or dance just get your body moving, it can only make you thirsty not hungry

drink water and wht you can also do is sign up somewher ein your area for a dance club or something [[i suggest dancing]] and start going that will take your mind off of hunger

Try chewing gum. Or when you feel hungry, even though you've eaten, try drinking water.

I so understand your plight! eating food with more fiber is more filling, and keeps you full for longer. also, i like drinking hot chocolate, or herbal tea. drinking more liquids could help tremendously. i wouldn't suggest exercising more because then you burn more calories and will still be just as hungry, however, a certain amount of exercise is good.
