Do people PMS before getting their period because...?!
Question: I was really sad all week and I wanted to cry like everyday and I was just feeling bad and down for no reason.. but I didnt have my period, I had it today and today I feel better. It doesn't make sense...can people PMS before their period?

yes that is when PMS happens.. BEFORE your period... when your period starts, that's the first day of your cycle, and your estrogen level spikes then. Right before your period is when your estrogen is at it's lowest and you feel like crap, when your period starts, you get a big spike of estrogen and you feel a huge sense of relief, you may even feel a little horny lol it's the estrogen

OHHHHHHHHH YES!! i do every month for one to two weeks. the hormones generally abate within a day or two of getting your period. We must remind ourselves that its pmt and act accordingly. good luck with that one.
