Please help! i'm soo scared!?!

Question: so it's gros but i need serious advice.... i think!

can you get a cyst around you vagina area? or is it something more serious?

the other day when i was inserting a tampon i felt a small hard lump near my vagina! it's not sore, but its worrying me. i dont want to go to the doctors if its just a common thing that will just go away! i'm going mad with worry! i dont even know if a cyst would just go away by itself! please help!!

I'm 19, its not an STI or STD as i am a virgin,

any ideas/advice would be great!

ive had that recently and i got a bit panicky but just thought id leave it and see what happened and it dissapeared whichin a few days however if it is still their after a week or so i would suggest getting it checked out and u shouldn't be embaressed its just another part of your body, thats how i look at it

It could be a pimple! they can appear in wierd places, including vulvas

See a doctor--and yes,you can get a cyst anywhere on the body.

Could well be a cyst - or a mole.
Either way - the best way to deal with any unidentified lumps is to see the doctor.

I'm sure it wont be anything too much to worry about. Mayb just an ingrowing hair or like u say a cyst.
See how it goes for the next week or so and if it doesnt go away mayb see ur doc...they'll probs b able 2 put ur mind at rest better than us on here!

its prob nothing to worry about chick but i would go to the docs just to be sure, dont be embarrassed they deal with this kinda stuff all the time, you will be in and out in no time at all good luck

Please go to the doctor to at least put your mind at rest! Any lump should be looked at by a doctor!
Even if it is nothing serious at least you will know what it was!!

Yes, you can get a cyst around your vagina but this really needs to be evaluated by your doctor to see what they think could be going on.

it could be or it could be an ingrown hair even. honestly you must go and see a GP. If you are that embarrassed ask for a female doctor. I DO know how you feel, but once you have been seen you feel be 100% better. whatever it is your doctor can give you treatment and stop the pain.

yes you can get a cyst in your vagina area it is quite common, not sure about treatment, See your doctor or practise nurse

You can get pimples and similar bumps on your vagina just like you can on your face, and they are more likely to happen during your period. It should go away on its own in less than a week if you leave it alone. You should have it checked out if any of these things happen:
1. If it gets really itchy
2. you get a lot more of them
3. it's painful, especially when not being touched
4. it breaks open and is oozing or bleeding, or
5. it doesn't go away after about a week
6. you find yourself worrying about it all the time

its just a skin tag, or a cyst

not to scare you but If could be gentail warts. talk to your mom or a doctor

It could be a pimple or a cyst in one of your glands down there. They can get cysts and the only real way to get rid of them is to have them drained by a doctor. Get a hand mirror and try to look at it. I know a lot of women don't want to think about it but really, see if it's a pimple. If it is then it could go away. If it's a bump or doesn't look like a pimple they you could have a cyst and really should see a doctor.

dont be scared to see your doctor they are there to help and see ALOT worse...really they do. hehe! or get a mirror and look it could just be a spot we get them on the rest of our body so why not there! take carex
