My boobs are too big...?!

Question: Ok. This is a serious question... I have always had a larger chest. I was a full c-cup at 12 yo. I am 30 and size 36-e. I am not overwieght. My problem is that i am completely uncomfortable. I suffer from chronic neck and back pain, and I am constantly having to mess with my bra straps to get comfortable. I wear Freya and VS bras. I would like to have a breast reduction, is there anyone who has had this done? I am completely uncomfortable, and ofcourse my husband disagrees with me. He thinks I am fine the way that I am. I have had 4 kids so they are not as perky anymore. Help!!

Being comfortable with who you are is one of the foundations for having a happy life.

You will live for a certain period of time, and then your life will be over. What you do with the life you have is up to you.

If you'd be happier with a reduction of breast size, go for it. Who cares what others think, as long as you're happy.

Good luck.

I would check with your insurance company. If they're causing you to have pain, I would definitely recommend it, and I'm sure most insurance companies cover it if it's for medical reasons. Definitely check into it...good luck:)

I think since YOUR uncomfortable and YOU get chronic neck and back pain that YOU should not even think or consider your husbands opinion BUT what is best for you. What i think you should do is reduce them because they are obviously causing you so many problems and difficulties in regular life.

I am on the same Boat as you my dear (even bigger!) -- and have just booked the reduction surgery. Spoke to ALOT of people that had it done and they all had ++++ things to say.

I am looking forward to it!

You got to do what makes YOU happy. My friend had a simmilar situation and was happy when she finally got the surgery. Afterwards she was happy and her back pain cleared up. Talk to a Dr to see what your options are before deciding anything.

Please get a reduction. You will feel so much better. We have a family friend who had a reduction and she is very pleased. Don't skip it! You will continue to have lots of pain and will completely ruin your back. It will get worse when you get even older. Of course your husband will say you look fine, he's a man! He won't care if you are in pain as long as you have the boobs. If you were small and said you wanted augmentation, he would probably say "OK, if that is what makes you happy"... This is your body and YOU ARE IN PAIN. Fix it. You will be relieved!!!

if it bothers you, get them reduced. of course your husband will be against it. just explain to him that your health and happiness are what's important

I Understand completly. First of all don't listen to your hubby- men have no clue. You can go to your doc with your complaints. Insurance might cover some or all of surgery. Find out from them after going to doc. also you can search Alexia natural breast reduction online. They are pills. Let us know if they work. Good luck.

oh hun get a reduction! the longer you wait the worse youre problems are gonna be! im a full dd naturally and not overweight and i am already having issues, i dont have kids yet but i know as soon as im finished having children the first thing im getting is these suckers shrunk down! im sure hubby would much rather you be comfortable full c cup or so, happy and able to get out of bed without straining you back then be misrable with giant boobs!

i think you should get breast reduction that is a bit too big... and you will feel much better instead of tired all the time.

If you want the surgery, get the surgery. Your body is YOURS, not your husband's. That said, I went to physical therapy to strengthen the core muscles, which took a lot of the strain off my back, reducing the pain considerably. The catch is, it only works as long as you keep doing the exercises. It has to be a lifelong thing.

Just thought I would mention another option. I hope you find the one that works for you!
Good Luck

If your husband said that you look fine you don't have to worry but if you really want to make a breast reduction you need to consult a doctor or you have to do exercise like small dumbbells it will help to reduce the enlarge of the breast. You can ask or inquire to Dr.Belo you can watch her at TFC channel every sunday or try to look online belo101.

I think you should post a pic so we can all get a full grasp of the problem.
