How long should it take for your period to be regular?!

Question: I have been have my period for abput 4 years and my period is usually light and sometimes I miss a month and its weird. i have never had sex... or even a boyfriedn for that matter. I stress out alot about school type things though. Is it normal for my period not to be really normal?

It takes 2-5 years to get a normal period. Stress plays a huge factor though. It prevents your period. It is 100% normal. I have gone without my period for 7 (happy) months.

You may miss a month due to stress. You can ask your doctor about it, just to be sure though. You should be regular by now, but you know, some women never are regular.
