I have a New Years Resolution and I know by the Middle of the Year I wont Keep i!

Set small goals for different times of the year and then work up to the big resolution.

I agree with above poster. You can't do it all at once. Under your big resolution, list the small steps you can take for each week and build it up.

Of course you won't. You are already setting yourself up for failure just by believing you won't make it, and saying so.
