Ok i want to use tampons but i just cant do it!?!
Question: how do you insert it?imscared i may put the applicator in on accident or something. i read the paper tht came with it but it didnt help. any tips or sites to help me plz? im only 13! thx

I totally understand being scared but you shouldn't be. Try different positions. For me, it is easier squatting. Just remember to push it as far as it can comfortably go with the string remaining on the outside. You shouldn't feel it once it's inserted. Try different brands and types until you find one you like. Tampax Pearls is the best in my opinion. The applicator is plastic and smooth and its comfortable.
Like the Nike logo says, Just Do It... You can't seriously injure yourself in any way, your vagina was made for things to go in to and out of it, and it can't get lost, it can only go in so far and you can always get it back out, so don't be worried about losing it.

Honey, Just relax and read the instructions again. Just follow the direction how put the tampon insert your body. Get your mom to help you with tampon.
You cant put it in the wrong place. The first time I tried I was trying to push it up and it just wouldn't go. I told my friend and she advised pushing it backwards as well as up and it slid in easily.
If you are very unsure you can do no harm by washing your hands and exploring yourself with a finger until you are more sure of your anatomy.
