Stupid breast questions...?!
Question: So this might sound completely bizarre...but...what is the number that comes before the cup size? For example, 32B...what does the 32 mean?
And, I've been measuring myself...my frame is 26 inches, and my bust is 32 inches. On the numerous calculors I've been to it says that would make me a 32AA. That doesn't make sense. AA is the smallest you can be, am I right? I'm more on the verge of C or D. Is the measurement wrong because my waist is small in comparison to my bust? Or am I just doing something incorrectly. I know there's more that you must do to find the size, like add this...subtract that...but I just gave the basics. Help? And yes, I probably will get measured...But until then, I'm curious.

the number is the amount of inches around right below your breast. so, essentially your rib cage. think of it as the bottom part of the bra, and it's got to go all the way around you and clasp in the back. that's why you need to know the inches. it's got nothing to do with your actual breast size.
the "32" is the measurement around ur bust-but not including ur actual boobs. u get the cup size by subtracting ur boobs from ur chest in inches. example- 1 inch bust is an a, 2 inches away fro ur chest is a b and so on...

32 means the measurement (32 inches) around just under where your breast starts.
And as for the second bit that is exactly the same for me! I have no idea because I am 32C and it always says 32AA. Lol that is a good question!
The number is the size around and the letter is the cup size which is the size of your breast.
The thirty two means the measurement around your frame. You would probably be a 26 c or d.
