Stenotic Cervix and Treatment options?!

Question: I'm looking for anyone who might have personal experience with a stenotic or "closed" cervix and treatments available. Here's the story, my GYN when placing my IUD ripped my precious cervix apart instead of giving me something orally or topically to dialate me. This caused trauma which caused my cervix to scar shut. I ruptured the tissue open from four months of fluid build up and had a D&C to empty the uterus. I'm about a month out from that and had an ultrasound yesterday that confirmed it is happening again. Anyone know of any other options to keep my cervix open? I've researched and all I can come up with is some catheter they insert and keep in place for two weeks. Anyone know the name or how it works? Any advice is much appreciated as I'm in a tramendous amount of pain and looking for a permanent solution. Thanks in advance.

I was really sorry to hear of your problems (I am a woman) I do think, once you feel better, you need to seek legal advice and sue the gynecologist who knows what other problems might come your way due to his incapacity.

I did research on Google Scholar and these are the results, they are very professional but trust you will find a way to understand:
