Question: When my boyfriend and I have sex, he comes inside me, we don't use condoms cuz he is "fixed". Does anyone else notice that the sperm smells bad the 2nd day and even worse the 3rd day, or is it just me? By the 3rd day, then all of it seems out and smell goes away. When he comes, the sperm is odorless. Does anyone out there agree with me on this?

there can be odors from either. try to start off in the shower so you can make sure both are very clean. you can sefely rule yourself out if it comes up in conversation later...
Clean RIGHT away after too. wouldn't hurt to pick up some antifungal cream and treat yourself just in case. you would not want to catch anything. men DO *** still when they are fixed it is just "blanks" so you are getting white to cream colored stuff. it can smell, but shouldn't that long after.
one more suggestion...
play hard to get for 3-5 days and treat yourself for an infection... he will like the chase and you can fell at least better on your part. if all else fails... ask him to use a condom until his issue is under control.

yes i agree; douching is not usually recommended but it washes everything out basically..
i'm fixed so me and my boyfriend don't use condoms either so i know what you're talking about.. have a shower or douche.
If he is "fixed" which I am guessing that he had a vasectomy, he would not have any sperm in his ejaculation. I have noticed with my fiance that if I perform falatio more than once in a day or a few days in a row the taste gets increasingly bitter. Most likely due to the fact that it takes 21 days for sperm to mature, and the more bitter sperm is bitter because it is immature.
Yeah I do, I thought I has a infection or something or I was just tripping, but that's what it is, aint it? My husband likes to have sex a lot without condoms to because we are actually trying to have a baby. It doesn't seem to be working for us though.
