I would say Playtex Sport! They have better leak control, and are made for active girls! Good Luck with this!

they have an applicator and since your 14 you should start with the slim ones first. and this brand would be really good for you since your really active =]
I would try using the Playtex Slimfits at first, to get into the "tampon groove", as one might say. And as soon as you are comfortable using those, move right on up to Playtex Sport. They really do offer excellent protection! Oh, and for the first few times you're using a tampon, keep wearing a pad for backup, JUST IN CASE! Better safe than sorry, right? Good luck, hun!

tampax compak - you shld try the multipack to find out what absorbency to use etc. they are fab!
Tampax pearl are the most comfortable that I've found, and they are easy to use.
try useing playtex sport or pearl.I'm 13 and use both.
