Well breast size changes with age, like say you underwent weightloss you'd lose breast tissue or would experience increased breast size with weight gain also after having children and breast feeding them your breasts will become smaller. I have read of women in a similar position as you that were glad to not have received breast reduction surgeries because of the reduction in breast size they experienced from the biological factors listed above (with the most emphasis on pregnancy/breast-feeding) but it should be noted that their bra sizes were different. I recall the one woman went from 38DD to 36C after pregnancy/breast feeding. Anyway it's all up to how you feel. It might be wise to go have a consultation or talk to your doctor to decide if the surgery would be beneficial to you and weigh the risks as well as see how your future plans might play a natural role in your breast size and see if you fit the description of someone who will experience back/health issues as a result later in life or are even experiencing early effects right now. Remember it's your body the end decision is up to so all you can do is properly educate yourself and make a decision based on that knowledge not on what someone who isn't you feel but I think it would be a good idea to discuss this with a medical professional who can knows more and can help address your needs better in addition to offering informed advice and who knows they may not even usually perform the procedure until discomfort is felt? Well I hope it helps and best of luck.

Likely you may have problems down the road. Try to strengthen your back muscles upper and lower (most importantly) keep good posture and you may be just fine. Only reduce them if YOU want them reduced.

only if your feeling pain

i hope u ain't fat but if u do

have a liposuction u can get finance and pay it $50 a month

If your comfortable with them then keep them. God blessed you with 48 DDD & you should be freaken happy. Look in the mirror & take off your shirt & just embrass them. Love them & don't hate them. Its completely up to you what you want to do with them and not up to your parents. If pain comes within another 20 years then get the procedure done. Keep them while you can. You may even die with them!

I'm sure if you try to lose weight they will go down in size as well.

Yes, especially if they are out of proportion with the rest of your body, it would be a good idea to have them reduced.
The could cause major back/neck/shoulder pain in the future, and may already be doing so, even though you can't tell yet.
If you had surgery to get them reduced now, your healing time would be relatively fast, and there would be minimal scarring and your skin would look pretty normal afterwards. If you waited and decided you wanted it done later on, you might not heal as fast and it could leave more marks and stretched skin.
A friend of mine developed DD breasts in sixth grade. She had them reduced to a B cup when she was 20 and she's much happier now. Clothes fit better, her shoulders don't hurt so bad, and she can stand up straight again. Also, she loves being able to wear a bikini without looking like she's trying to be skanky.

WWWWHHHHHAAAAAAAAALLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Yeah. That is big. I am a 38DD. I have some back pain. I want to be a 36C. If I could get a reduction I would. But if you are comfortable with your size then that is all that matters.

I'm 18 and I have 36 D..and thats not THAT big but I already have back problems and its been mentioned by doctors to get mine reduced, so yeah it would be a good idea if you did...

Yes, they could cause problems down the road. But don't let your parents talk you into getting plastic surgery if you don't want it. Surgery isn't fun or easy, if you don't want it done then it will be even worse of a recovery.
You can avoid back problems now if you start strengthening your back muscles. Just remember that by waiting until you start to feel pain you may have waited too long...
