Quick question!!!?!

Question: I've been constipated for about 4 days now. I've went alittle but not as much to relieve my constipation. I'm also 2 days late for my menstral cycle. Is their any way being constiputed has effected my period coming?

My other question is that if your constipated is it okay to keep eating food like you usually do, because i feel like if i keep eating then the food is going to keep piling up inside me.

haha i know how you feel....
just eat mini weats...and apple souce...it will help A LOT! trust me

I honestly have no idea about constipation affecting your period... but as to eating normally... you need to eat things HIGH in fiber. and take a laxative.. or drink prune juice or soemthing to get that outta there! if you wait to long it can become a blockage and it will need a doctor to get it out. embarrasing n gross =( but yeah if it doesnt work with all that you still have to go to the doctor... so pray it does!
good luck to you!!!

i have no idea im not profesional on that lol but i dont think it is effecting anything else. and about food. that happened to me once and after a while when i ate like a regular amount of food i felt sick. im not saying dont eat but eat light stuff.

eat something like light stuff... not oilly or salty

Drink lots of water.
Get some exercise
Increase your fibre

Don't force it out or else the next question will be about ...
haemeroids.

See a doctor if it continues.
Good luck with the big job!
