If I have a baby, is there a chance of my PMDD going away?!

Question: nope it wont go away.

Answers: nope it wont go away.

Forever? Probably not. Enjoy the nine months off though!

PMDD goes away when menopause comes.
I am sorry that you're dealing with PMDD. I have a severe case of it myself, was very suicidal once a month til I began taking Yaz. I believe that my PMDD stems from a very severe case of PPD (postpartum depression) after my daughter was born.
If you do have a baby and have PMDD, please take care and make sure to watch for signs of PPD.

I wish you all the best.
