well i think when your going to pull your supposed to hold the skin in that area and pull up against the hairs growth so if its growing down you pull up if its growing up you pull down make sure that you hold the skin in the area where your about to pull while your pulling it prevents most of the bruising and it wont hurt as bad
and make sure the hair is atleast a half inch or an inch long

Dude... go to a professional. You will regret doing it yourself. That is my best advice.
You pull towards the opposite direction where the hair is growing. There should also be instructions on the box too..
And IT WILL HURT!! Just go 1, 2, -inhale- 3!!!!!!!
But if you can get some one else to do it (a specialist), DO IT!
There's also some cream that'll help irritation, if any too. I don't know if it'll turn black... but it'll be much better than shaving.
