Question: I have heavy flow of blood when i have the 'curse'.i am having really bad stomach cramps.plz give me a way to reduce them.
next give me the story of your period plz.here is mine
I am in india and i got my period in school.guys here really dont know of this stuff.i got up to talk to my friend and this guy is like'u have red paint on your butt'.i was kinda embarrassed.
here is something else.
recently i changed schools.on my first day of my new school i stain my bench.i couldnt feel a thing.and when i got up to submit my notebook the boy sitting behind me pulled me back into my seat and whispered in my ear 'um.....i shouldnt be saying this but i think ur having ur girl problem..' i didnt know what to do so tears filled up my eyes.thats when the guy himself told my teacher.she called my mom and i was taken home.the next day i was so embarrassed but the guy told me to chill and that he wont tell anyone.believe it or not this guy is now my boyfriend!!!!!

aww... I like your story.. Unfortunately, I do not have anything as sweet as that to tell you yet..
But I also have the same cramps problem... What I do is just take in a pill of Ibuprofen for pain relief.. It goes away whithin the hour. =) Just take in a pain reliever when you feel that pain, make sure you've eaten something! When I hold it off without taking a pain reliever it just goes on until I'm all pale and cold with sweat and lying crumpled in bed, then I feel like wanting to puke, eventually I will, then I'll feel better. But the pain will come back after some time, so i just take in a pain reliever.. =)
i dont have periods but dont panic its just a girl thing your fine i dont know if there is any plants you can consume to help your pains but i would at least keep your mind open but make shure you know them well before consumeing them
