I have had stomach ache and nausea for a week now.?!
Question: I feel as though I should have vomiting or diorrhea-but have neither.My tummy is really rumbling all the time-I have no appetite and I'm tired.I can't be bothered to try and get an appointment with my doctor as I don't feel that ill-any ideas-I have no temperature and the nausea doesn't feel like I'm pregnant-I have 3 children so I think I would know if I was but who knows????

I had something just like this a couple weeks ago my stomach hurt really bad an i felt like i was gonna throw up or have it come out the other way but nothing ever happened and i felt a lil better as the week went on but i still had slight nausea an pains in my belly and then it just went away about 8days later i guess it was some type of virus or something i will say i was a lil scared that i might have been prego but it wasnt that. if it dosent go away or improve in a few days i would def go to the doc or take a preggo test just incase.

Still get checked I know you couldnt be bothered but you could have a nasty stomach bug or I know you dont want to hear it but pregnant I had no symptoms with my fourth pregnancy and found out that I was when I was 22 weeks a bit of a shock to the system I tell you
