I use to use super tampons but now it hurts when i put them in and now i wear re!
Question: Your flow is not as heavy and therefore the tampon's absorbency is too strong. It is leaching all of your vagina's moisture and can cause slight tearing of the vaginal walls which is what causes the pain. Your reduced flow could be caused by a number of reasons: one of the most common is the birth control pill.
About eight months ago I started using a menstrual cup instead of tampons. It works really well, since you only have to change it 2-3 times a day, is better for the environment, and doesn't screw with your body's natural protective moisture. Also, it has reduced the cramping I experienced when using tampons. If you are interested, here are a few retailer websites: www.divacup.com or www.keeper.com

Your flow is not heavy enough for super. Or because of their size you may not be inserting them quite right.
When you say hurt do you mean cramping more? This has happened to me also. The first day or two I was able to wear tampons but know I have to wait because the pain of the cramps and the tampon is unbearable. Can't say why
You do not have enough lubrication Your flow is not strong enough to use super so go down a level, using a size that is more then needed can lead to pain and also increases your risk for tearing your insides when removing. They make different sizes for a reason.
