Question: Does this whole 28 day thing start over when your period is over or from the day it began? like....i started my last period on the 7th, so does that mean that it could be expected on the 5th, or 28 days from when it got over?

you start counting form the first day or your last period to the first day of your next. also your cycle can last 26 - 31 days

If you have a 28 day cycle, your next period should start on Feb 4. 1/7 is Day 1. Day 1 is always the first day of your period. Count forward from there. You do not count from when your period is over as not everyone bleeds the same number of days.
You should count ur 28 days period cycle from the 1 day of ur period
