Can you use garlic for yeast infections?!

Question: Garlic contains natural anti-fungal substances that kill off yeast and should be added to the diet. It may also be used internally.

Method

Wrap an unpeeled clove of garlic in gauze or cheesecloth tying the ends with unwaxed dental floss, leaving a bit of string dangling to pull it out afterward
Leave it in for several hours at a time
Use nightly until after symptoms cease
Note

Care should be taken not to cut the clove of garlic as the juice may sting and cause irritation
Garlic capsules may be used instead
Caution

May not work on stubborn infections
Occasionally people are allergic to garlic
I am a CMA not A Doctor. Please see your doctor if the problem does not go away. It may not be a yeast infection.

hahahahahaha

I wouldnt - natural yoghurt is best.

i doubt it cutie.

I don't think it be wise but look it up on google....I could be wrong. However I still think just getting a tube of monistat will work way better and smell less!

Where did you get that from? Oo

Why?? why??

Planning to make garlic bread?

no....ya diggg

if you eat enough garlic, it'll protect you from anything...

NO!

that's just sick. go to the doctor. what's with people and using wacky home remedies?

good one! garlic and fish? yummy!

I suppose you could, however I doubt it would be effective,

You are best to head down the pharmacy and pick up a proper treatment,.

Oh hell the last thing in the world we guys need is to walk aroung smelling like an east Indian restuarant.

I imagine if you have an yeast infection there are already some pretty powerful smells around you, so I would stick to eating yoghurts with acidophilus.

Avoid mushrooms (fungus) and yeasty foods - bread, cakes etc.

Garlic purifies the blood and since yeast thrives on sugars in the blood if you can eat some raw garlic every day that should help =)

Ok this might be a wierd question becuz i am answering it.. but u prob dont wanna use garlic u prob wanna use vagisil, or miconazole..
