take an aleve when you suspect you may be about to get them...it's better to prevent them than to stop them once they've started
I used to have really bad cramps and getting on the pill helped me a lot. I have also noticed that when I am taking better care of myself (eating better, sleeping plenty, exercising, not stressing out) that I seem to get a lot less cramping.
you may want to talk with your doctor if they're affecting your life too much....you could have endometriosis or fibroids...
So do I, welcome to the club.
Excercise, heating pad, hot bath, drinking water.
Advil, midol, tylenol, pamprin.
The pill could potentially also help.
take a hot bath
use a heating pad or heating blanket
massage the lower part of your stomach with your fist or knuckle.
take an advil
excersise
drink lots of water or tea
MEDICATE yourself.
