My bra feels like it's too small?!

Question: For the past week my bra has been feeling like it's too small. Whenever I take it off there are light marks from where it was tight; my boobs feel so squished when I wear the bra. It just doesn't feel like I have a lot of room.

Last time my mum and I were shopping we stopped by La Senza, and I wanted to get a bra. She was looking at them and said the straps were too long and they just weren't for me. I definitely don't want to get a bra from La Senza Girl (junior store), I'm way past that. xD

I come from a family that.. erm... has large boobs. Could wearing the bra that's too small change the growing process, or cause any problems?
I want to ask my mum for a new bra, but she doesn't seem to want to get one for me... I'm not sure if it's because she wants to hold on to the "little girl" in me, or if she doesn't want me to grow up. But I need a new bra!

Thanks!

at lesenza they can help you choose the perfect size bra for u. Just ask for a bra fitting and they will take you measurements and then you will be able to have bras that fit. I did this and it was sooo much more comfortable!!! Dont worry its not embarrassing. Just tell ure mom that u are having lots of disconfort and she willl understand

get a biger sizes...

If there is a Nordstrom department store near you, go to their lingerie section. The saleswomen there know how to fit you into a proper bra. This store was featured on Oprah. Their lingerie personnel were brought in to fit an audience full of women with the proper fitting bra.
Tell your mother that you need a new bra. Tell her Oprah says the average lifespan of a bra is 180 uses (if you used it everyday, that's only 6 months).
If there's anyone in your family who ought to understand you on this matter, it should be your mother. You get your proportions from her -- obviously not your dad. lol.
The next time you go to the mall, bring her to the lingerie section and tell her you need a new one (make that 3 new pairs).

I would recommend going to Victoria's Secret and getting measured. 90% of women do not wear the correct bra size. Tell your mother that you want to get measured to see what size you are, and maybe then she'll realize that your bra is too small.

Go to a large department store w/ a wide assortment of bras, and ask the saleslady to help you. Explain your problem to her. She will have had the training and experience to help you. Try on several bras before you decide. Buy only one, and try it for awhile before getting more. Perhaps you need underwires to help support your breasts, but make sure that the wires don't press against your ribs, because that might be uncomfortable.
Wearing a bra that's too small won't change the growing process, but you'll feel uncomfotable wearing it. If you've been wearing your current bra for some time now, perhaps it's just because your breasts are growing, which is just a normal part of growing up.

you need to try to get a bigger size b4 u get much bigger... as for having a small bra affecting the growing process, you might want to lok at some info web sites or ax ur doc... and as 4 ur mom... u need to tell her u need a new bra... and if she dsnt get u one, then just go out and buy one urself...
