POssible problem after having sex for the first time? help pelase?!
Question: hey everyone...last night was the first time i had sex and it was great...everything was how it should have been. This morning i'm sore as can be expected...however this morning after using the bathroom i realized i was bleeding a bit or spotting rather...is that normal after my first time...any additional details include that my period is supposed to be on the 5th...but still there's no reason it should come sooner cuz i'm on the birth control nuva-ring. which means it's supposed to regulate my period. So am i reacting to sexual intercourse....or is something wrong?
i know i'm supposed to bleed right after...but this was last night round midnight...and it's about 12 hrs. later...that's still fine?

Sounds pretty normal.... But, do not use a douche or tampon, at this time though.A sitz bath (ask your pharmacist) it's a compound to relieve the inflammation.
And don't forget the additional use of condoms,in the future,not only is it a back-up to pregnancy prevention...STD's.

You are okay. Just took a little longer for the blood to come down is all. Also, you may be bleed tomorrow and the next day depending on how torn your hymen is. Nothing is wrong with you. But be careful because you can still get pregnant using Birth control and the NuvaRing. I know someone who got a baby using the Nuvaring. Use condoms as well.
Yaa it is quite normal.No need to worry it was the first time so u bleed n later it becomes a habbit.
it's just a little bit of spotting and completely normal. It could also be break though bleeding from your birth control. But either way you should be fine
You are normal. The vagina is self-cleaning. So any blood left inside is now being cleaned out.
