Question: i am having breast augmentation surgery on february 19th, and i am on probation. i have monthly drug tests. i will be goin back to probation on march 17, a month later. will i pass my UA drug test. this is serious, and i would appreciate intelligent answers. thank you

Although the chance of drugs still being in your system a month later is small, it's still possible that your test might be positive. Some of the tests look for breakdown products of drugs, and tose can last a lot longer than the actual drugs.
Ask your doctor and anesthesiologist for a letter that explains that you had surgery, and what the drugs were that you received. They don't have to mention what the surgery is. Anesthesia involves drugs that will definitely show up as positive on a drug test.
If you are violating your probation, you know you're taking a risk, but that's your decision.
Call your probation officer, and explain the situation..I would think there would be no problem if you discussed this w/ him/her befor the procedure.
You need to let your probation officer know asap. Also, your doctor can give you a note to give to him or her, so you have the proof.
You're supposed to inform them of any changes, right?
