You need to visit your GP as you have severe PMS and it can be treated.Don't put up with it...get to your doctors and see whats causing it .It may be that you have a hormonal imbalance and that can cause extreme moods swings.I have pcos and it affects my moods terribly sometimes .You may need to see a specialist.Good luck.

You have a diagnosable condition (dysmophis) due to the hormone fluxuation around your menses. Go see a GYN for help! You will be glad you did.

Wow, a classic case of PMT if you ask me and I'm no doctor, but I suggest you go and see one and stop putting up with this, it must be awful?

You might have PMDD. It is very severe pms. I would go to the doctor and they can probably give you something for it, if you have it.

while periods are on , some women have extreme emotional imbalance due to hormonal imbalance. One of the symptom of this imbalance could be sub clinical depression. You need to consult a Gynecologist and Endocrinologist and if required a psychiatrist and based on their advice decide the further course of action.

Honey, we're not doctor or any kinds. If I were you goes see your doctor as far your concern. They will take care for you than we do.

We are still in the infancy of understanding how the brain works, however, we do know that hormones, stress and depression have an effect on the brain. During your period your hormone levels change and it possibly this changing level that is affecting your mood.

You should see a good nutritional therapist, who is used to dealing with these sorts of problems. You probably need to boost your nutrients with a good yeast free multi vitamin mineral supplement and essential fatty acids and probably for one month a mixed amino acid supplement.

You should avoid sugars, aspartame (the sweetener used in fizzy drinks) and MSG. Probably also wise to cut down on the coffee.

I'm a nurse and all it is is hormones!
Try going on the pill as this can help!
