Some women spot between periods at ovulation time. Nothing to worry about.

yes sometimes i do to,,, it usually happens tho after i have sex with my husband and it's been a little rough..

You are probably ovulating if you dont hve any pain or itching. The morning after pill can make you spot too. I have spotted a couple of time when I was ovulating. Also you can spot while on certain type of birth control like deepoprovera (the shot).

yes. massive stress is a good one for spotting. i heard it takes at least 6 months to a year after tubes are tied to know you won't get pregnant. i would ask your doctor if it's a big concern.

If your spotting you may be in premenopuse. Not sure of your age but if it continues you should see a doc. If there is no pain wait till your period comes and see how it goes first. If its very light you should not worry. Good luck

nothing to worry about, its just the left over blood from the previous cycles and/or ovulation time....

appears to be normal. but persist longer consult your gynae. to rule out other possibilities.

ovulation is the cause

i ALWAYS spot between periods, especially in the middle of my cycle

Yes, I just did! It was rather obnoxious too.

I totally skipped for January, and I was getting extremely tired all the time, and started spotting, so I looked it up and found pregnancy to be a possible reason for it, which of course freaked me out.

I know I'm not pregnant, (late period yesterday...woo?) so I'm going to a gyno to figure it out. It might be hormones acting up, but I'm not an expert.

My sister tells me that spotting can be a normal condition for some women around this time of the month. But I would think that getting it checked and making certain that it's not something else would be a wise thing to do...

Dear ?*`Pink Fluff ?**?.??!
Spotting during menstruation period occures due to imbalances of hormones persisting in the body... This happens due to several hundered reasons based on the body type and living conditions that directly effect sexual health... For you present symptom does not require any fears but if you feel anxiety or stress try following tips which will help you alleviate the trouble.

1. Fill warm water in a Tub and add 2 table spoons of turmeric powder in it. Put off your cloths and sit in the water for 25 minutes and after that cover your legs with a towel and lay in the bed covering your whole body under blanket for next 1 hour.

2. Take 1 glass of boiling milk, add 2 table spoons of Honey in it, Stirr and drink hot while you take rest in the bed.

This therapy will not only normalize the Menstruation but also give your sexual organs a healthy smiles!!!

HI pink Fluff,

Has happened to me, all that was needed was a D and C, nothing more than that. My GP told me that, the majority of women who have this procedure have no problem at all, it was just routine for me, but go and see your GP for reassurance.
Good Luck,,
Patti
