I am very sorry to hear about your lost, Go to your doctor, talk about your miscarriage with your husband, family and friends.

The headaches are probably caused by stress and hormones.

I am a mid-wife nurse.

you should ask your docter about that. I had a miscarriage too and I get any headaches, but I did ahve lots of stomach pains. but everybody's different. so see ur doc.

maybe you better check your blood count at a laboratory since having a miscarriage having lost an significant amount of blood.

Hi, so sorry to hear about your miscarriage, I had one at Xmas.
I have not had any headaches since but it may be just down to stress why you are having them.
Just in case though see your doctor, maybe he/she could help.
Good luck.

Did you receive counselling after your miscarriage? If not your headaches are probably due to the stress. Check your local yellow pages to find out where the nearest miscarriage support group is in your area. Or telephone the local maternity hospital and they will put you in touch with a counsellor.

Your hormones are all over the place after a miscarriage so that is what is causing the headache. When your hormones are back to normal the headaches will go.

I am sorry for your loss. It is not normal to have headaches for this long. Go to the doctor and have him run a blood test. Your hormones are just out of whack but this can be corrected very easily by medication and you do want to feel good again.

A shift in hormones can certainly bring on headaches among other ailments. As it will also affect you psycho-emotionally, a headache is not atypical in this situation. Check with your doctor if they persist.

I suggest you visit your GP and get him to test your iron count(a simple blood test).

Also are you sleeping/eating okay. Hormone levels, depression all sorts of mixed emotion happen after miscarriage and can send you into physiological melt down. I had a miscarriage and ended up with bronchitis. This was put down to me being run down.

Hope you get well soon. Jah's blessings.

So sorry to hear about that. I know people suffer from different ailments after a miscarriage, check with your doctor. Agape.

My friend miscarriages can cause headaches, but for precaution go see your doctor and have talks with counselors and friends. Wishing you well! Take care! Jimmy.

Is the headache all the time, or does it ever go away and then come back again? A call to the Dr's would be smart. No telling why you have a headache. I had a head once the l could not get rid of. After 3 days I went to the Dr's. I had a bacterial infection in my blood. Headaches can be caused by many things, you need to have it checked out.
