Can an orgasm cause bleeding and the release of blood clots...?!

Question: i thought i had miscarriage the other day...but i went to the doctor, me n' my baby are fine....but i just got to thinking of what i was doing before i started bleeding.... I had a few orgasms before i started bleeding....and i've been bleeding since the orgasms, and have passed a few scary blood clots....so i'm just curious if an orgasm can cause bleeding and release blood clots while pregnant....

Believe it or not, as far as blood clos go, you could actually have clots around your cervix in your vagina.
Orgasms mainly cause muscle contractions. I suppose that with a lot of pressure, especially if you have a lot of uterine lining (more than enough to house a baby), your orgasms can transmit right up to your uterus, and force out excess uterine lining, blood clots, etc.
Keep checking back with your Dr. Also, it depends on the dr, but some docs won't diagnose you with a problem if it's going to cost them money in the long run. If your insurance allows it, or you have the extra money, I would go to an emergency room. They are more likely to diagnose your problem because they only see you once. It sounds crude, but after they diagnose you, you're supposed to follow up with your doctor, so they don't have to spend time and money following up with you. Just a helpful hint. You should go in the middle of the night in the middle of the week. I work in an ER, and we're always crazy busy during the weekdays and 24 hours a day from Friday morning to Monday night. Drunks, hangovers, and psych patients, mostly. You want a quiet time when the doctor and nurse can spend more time with you. Call your local ER. The secretary will usually tell you whether or not its busy.

I dont know if this will help, but everytime my sister used to have sex while she was pregnant, she would bleed. She also had light periods during her whole cycle, and my nephew is very healthy.

go to another doctor for opinion
